Chicken and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
1 Packet Knorr Farmhouse Vegetable Soup
4 Chicken Fillets
1 Medium Onion sliced
100 Sliced Mushrooms
100ml Pouring Cream

Method
1. Fry off the chicken fillets on both sides until browned. Add the onions and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.2. Place chicken and onion mix into a casserole dish along with the mushrooms.
3. Make the soup to recipe and pour over the chicken, onion and mushrooms.
4. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180ºC/360ºF for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and mix 100ml of pouring cream.
6. Return to oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with mashed or boiled potatoes.
