Creamy Chicken and Peppers

Ingredients
1 Packet Knorr Thick Chicken Soup
4 Chicken breast fillets cut into pieces
1 Small red pepper cut into strips
1 Small green pepper cut into strips
1 Small onion cut into strips
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
250ml Milk
Method
1. Make the soup to recipe using only 1 pint liquid (250ml milk & 350ml water) not the recommended 1½ pints (850ml) in order to give the sauce a nice texture.
2. In a pan heat the oil and fry the onions and peppers until soft, transfer to a plate and set aside.
3. Then add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry until browned. Add the vegetables back in and pour over the soup mixture. Bring to the boil.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with freshly boiled long grain rice.
