Savoury Mince with Honey Glazed Potatoes

1 Packet Knorr Oxtail & Vegetable Soup
500g Lean minced beef
4 Large potatoes, cooked and sliced
2 Tablespoons Irish honey
500g Lean minced beef

Method
1. Fry the minced beef in a saucepan until browned.2. Make the soup using only 1 pint (570ml) of water for a lovely thick sauce.
3. Pour soup over the mince and bring to the boil.
4. Place into a casserole dish and spread the sliced potatoes on top. Then coat the surface of the potatoes with the honey.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 25-30 minutes at 175ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4 until the potatoes are brown and crispy.
